Gallo's Nursery is at 2542 Route 212 between Woodstock to Saugerties, but I somehow never really noticed it until now. I guess it's because I'm only starting to work on my goal of creating a functioning vegetable garden this year. A friend and obsessive organic gardener is helping me get started.
The folks at Gallo's looked like veteran gardeners and had the answers to all my questions and shared a bit of gardener humor with me. I left with tomato plants, cilantro seeds, lettuce seeds, and a few green pepper plants. I know I'm getting a bit of a late start with growing, but I'll see what happens. Gallo's Nursery.
