I just wanted you all to know about a new restaurant opening in Kingston. Niels Nielson, chef owner of Fez Cafe & Restaurant of Saugerties and Juan Romero, former executive chef at Love Bites in Saugerties are joining forces to open up DUO Restaurant on 50 John Street in Kingston. (The location used to be Gabriel's restaurant). The soft opening is set for mid-April. They will be open for breakfast and lunch in the Spring. Starting this Summer they will be open for dinner and cocktails starting in the Summer.
I'm very excited for Niels Nielsen and Juan Romero. We have been fans of Fez Cafe & Love Bites in Saugerties since they opened up. You will be seeing a lot more photos of amazing dishes on Hudson Valley Good Stuff's Facebook Fan Page this Spring and Summer!
